In Core Yard: BTC Miner, open Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirm the permanent deletion. You may need to sign in again for security.
You can also request deletion by emailing labsbytecraft@gmail.com from your account email. Include “Core Yard account deletion” in the subject. Never send your password. We may verify ownership before deleting the account.
Deletion removes your sign-in account, cloud city, rigs, balances, offer claims and saved game profile. Local app data on other devices may remain until you clear app storage or uninstall. A minimal purchase-verification record (hashed account and purchase identifiers, product and verification time) and a deleted-account marker are retained for as long as Core Yard operates to prevent previously used orders or old sessions restoring benefits. These records do not preserve your city, email address or password. Contact us for the status of an email request.
