Core Yard privacy policy

Updated 25 October 2026 · Bytecraft Labs

This policy describes Core Yard: BTC Miner, an idle mining game with virtual currencies and virtual milestones. The game does not mine cryptocurrency on your device and does not make real BTC payments.

Accounts and game data

We use Google Firebase Authentication to manage Google sign-in and email/password accounts. Account data includes your user ID, email address, display name, verification status and sign-in provider. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication; we do not display or store them in game saves. We use your account to identify your game progress and support account recovery and deletion.

Your nickname, city, rigs, balances and game activity are saved on your device. When cloud saving is available, this game data is associated with your account in Firebase. Game progress is not a financial balance. The game does not ask for wallet addresses and does not transfer cryptocurrency.

Advertising

Optional rewarded ads use Google AdMob and its consent tools. Google services may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, ad interactions and diagnostic information to deliver ads, prevent fraud and measure performance. Where required, consent is requested before ads are loaded. Ad privacy choices can be revisited in Settings. Development and closed-test builds may serve clearly labelled test ads.

See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from apps.

Offers and optional notifications

Offer claims, promotional benefits and remaining stock are stored in Firebase to enforce campaign limits. If you turn on offer notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging processes an installation token and subscribes this device to our offer notification topics. Paid-offer notifications are excluded when your store country is one where purchases are unavailable or cannot be determined. You can turn notifications off in City Offers or your device settings. Delivery depends on permission, connectivity and your operating system.

Store purchases

When store purchases are enabled, Google Play handles payment. We do not receive your payment card details. To verify purchases, prevent duplicate grants and process refunds, we keep a purchase record with your game account ID, the store order and purchase identifiers, the product, the purchase time, and the order total, tax, currency and buyer country reported by Google Play. Purchase and refund records and a deleted-account marker are retained after account deletion, for as long as Core Yard operates, to prevent reusing old orders or sessions and for accounting. Your login, city and promotional profile are removed. Cash purchases may be unavailable in some store countries; free play and building with credits remain available.

Support and data sharing

If you contact labsbytecraft@gmail.com, we receive your email and the information you choose to include. We use service providers such as Google to authenticate accounts, host services and deliver advertising. We do not sell your account information. Information may be processed outside your country subject to provider safeguards.

Your choices and deletion

You may edit your nickname, sign out, manage ad privacy choices, or delete your account in Settings → Account. You can also request deletion by email. Account and associated game data are kept while needed to provide your account, then deleted on request, except where security or legal obligations require retention. Data stored on another device may require clearing that device’s app storage.
